Most of this improves a lot with a proper clean. Permanent staining, lost dye and worn fibre are a different story, and we'll say so before we start rather than after.
How We Clean It

A Look Around First
We check the fibre, the condition, the walkways and any spots you want us to pay attention to.
Step 2
Pre-Treatment
Walkways and spots get treated with products matched to the fibre and the kind of soil.
Step 3
Loosening What's Stuck
Heavily used areas are worked over so embedded soil lets go before extraction.
Step 4
Rinse, Extract, Finish
Soil and solution get flushed and pulled back out, then the pile is groomed and set up to dry.
A quick tidy of small items and floor clutter before we arrive helps a lot. We can usually clean around larger furniture, and some pieces can be moved if you mention it ahead of time.
Worn walkways are physical wear in the fibre rather than dirt, so they improve but don't always come all the way back. We'll be straight with you about which one you're looking at.
