Carpet Cleaning at Your Home
We come to homes in Ottawa and nearby communities, including Kanata, Barrhaven, Nepean and Orleans. Send photos of the carpeted areas, a rough room size and a note about any stains or odours so we can provide a written quote before the appointment.
Before cleaning, we assess the carpet fibre, condition and any areas of concern. The method and treatment depend on what we find. Drying time varies with the carpet, moisture and airflow, and some stains or worn areas may remain visible.

Step 3
Loosening What's Stuck
Heavily used areas are worked over so embedded soil lets go before extraction.
Step 4
Rinse, Extract, Finish
Soil and solution get flushed and pulled back out, then the pile is groomed and set up to dry.
A quick tidy of small items and floor clutter before we arrive helps a lot. We can usually clean around larger furniture, and some pieces can be moved if you mention it ahead of time.
Worn walkways are physical wear in the fibre rather than dirt, so they improve but don't always come all the way back. We'll be straight with you about which one you're looking at.
