Mattresses are built in all sorts of ways and some covers don't take kindly to moisture, so we work with a controlled amount and keep an eye on how the material is responding.
Things We See All the Time

Most of this improves a lot with a proper clean. Permanent staining, lost dye and worn fibre are a different story, and we'll say so before we start rather than after.

A Look at the Cover
We check the cover material, the condition and anything you'd like us to focus on.
Step 2
Pre-Treatment
Suitable products go on the soiled and stained areas and get time to do their job.
Step 3
Controlled Cleaning
The surface is cleaned with as little moisture as the material needs and no more.
Step 4
Extraction and Drying
Solution and loosened soil are drawn back out and the mattress is set up to dry.
Older discolouration usually lightens, sometimes a lot, but it doesn't always disappear.
Let it dry before making the bed. A fan or an open window makes short work of it.
