What we collect
When you send a quote request, we keep the name, phone number, email, address or postal code, service details, notes and photos you gave us. Nothing more than that.
How we use your photos
Photos you send with a quote request are used to assess the cleaning work you're asking about — size, material and condition — and to manage your request and the job itself. They are not published anywhere by default.
Storage and access
Requests and photos sit in a private, access-controlled system. They are not public, and nobody outside the business can open them.
Before and after photos on our website
Before and after photos from a job are only used publicly, on our website or social media, when you have ticked the optional permission box on the quote form or told us it's okay. If you'd rather we didn't, just say so and nothing gets used.
We keep gallery photos anonymous
We never show your name, address, neighbourhood, contact details or anything else that identifies you alongside a gallery photo.
Sharing
We do not sell your details, and we do not hand them to anyone for marketing.
Your choices
Want something corrected, deleted, a photo taken down, or want us to stop getting in touch? Just ask and it is done.
