Most of the homes we work in look a lot like yours. Kids, pets, busy weeks, the odd spilled coffee and a hallway that quietly gets darker year after year. None of that is unusual, and none of it needs explaining when we arrive.
Materials behave differently, so every piece gets looked at before it gets cleaned. A wool rug, a microfibre sectional and a basement carpet each need their own approach, and taking a minute to check first is what keeps a good result from turning into a problem.
