What Affects the Price of Carpet Cleaning?
- Areas and sizes: which rooms you want cleaned and roughly how big they are. A small bedroom and an open basement are very different jobs.

- Condition: light everyday soil, dark traffic lanes, old spots and product residue take different amounts of work.
- Pet accidents: urine that has soaked into the underpad or subfloor may not fully clear with surface cleaning, so we will tell you what looks realistic.
- Access and furniture: parking, the distance from the entrance, and furniture that has to be worked around or moved.
What the Cleaning Involves
We start by looking at the fibre, the traffic areas and the spots you point out. Soiled areas get a pre-treatment suited to the fibre and type of soil, heavy traffic lanes are agitated to loosen embedded dirt, and the carpet is cleaned with heated hot-water extraction using mobile professional equipment. Then the pile is groomed and set up to dry.

Combining Carpet With Other Cleaning
You can ask for carpets, stairs, a sofa or a mattress in the same visit. Everything is quoted together from your photos, but combining services does not mean an automatic discount. The $100 before-tax minimum applies to the visit total.
