Photos usually tell us more than a long description. A wide shot plus a close-up of any problem areas is perfect. Up to 8 photos, about 10 MB each — and they're completely optional.
How should we get back to you?
We may not always be able to answer while we're cleaning. Text or WhatsApp is usually the quickest way to reach us — but a phone call is always welcome too.
